ROMAN CATHOLIC UPPER PRIMARY MISSION SCHOOL, BUDAKATA, ODISHA

Responding to an invitation by the bishop, the Trust established a centre at Budakatta village just about 60 km away from Rourkela.  It accommodates the Trust personnel. The Trust personnel are involved with the Catholic mission school in the same location. It is a primary school and the total number of students is around three hundred and seventy eight. There are now Seven faculty and staff employed by the school.  These children are mostly from the local tribal families and it is an Oriya medium school.  The enrolment of students is from first to seventh grade. The upper primary started in 2009.  They follow the syllabus of Sarva Sikha Avian Odisha Education.
